Deadly Hustle – Terms of Service

Welcome to Deadly Hustle. By creating an account, accessing, 
or playing the game, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service 
("Terms"). These rules are designed to ensure a fair, competitive, and 
enjoyable experience for every player.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an 
account or continue using the game.

1. Fair Play Policy
Deadly Hustle is built around fair competition. Any attempt to 
gain an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.
The following activities may result in warnings, temporary 
suspensions, Federal Jail, account resets, or permanent bans.
Staff decisions regarding cheating and abuse are final.
2. Bugs, Exploits & Glitches
Although we thoroughly test new content before release, unexpected 
bugs may occasionally occur. If you discover a bug or exploit, you must report 
it immediately through the Bug Report section or contact a member of staff.
You must not intentionally use bugs or exploits to gain:
Cash
Items
Experience
Points
Statistics
Membership benefits
Event rewards
Any competitive advantage
Knowingly abusing a bug or sharing an exploit with other players is 
considered cheating and may result in:
Removal of illegally obtained rewards
Temporary suspension
Federal Jail
Permanent account ban
Reporting bugs helps improve the game for everyone.
3. Bots, Macros & Automated Play
Deadly Hustle is designed to reward active players—not automated software.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Bots
Macros
Auto-clickers
Auto-refresh programs
Browser automation
Scripts
Keyboard or mouse automation
Any software that plays the game for you
Our anti-cheat systems actively monitor for automated gameplay.
Players who trigger our Anti-Macro Protection system and fail its 
verification may receive automatic penalties.
Confirmed use of automation software may result in:
Federal Jail
Account suspension
Permanent ban
4. One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted one game account only.
Creating or using multiple accounts without written approval from 
Deadly Hustle Administration is prohibited.
Multi-accounting includes:
Creating alternate accounts
Playing accounts for other people
Account sharing
Using family or friends' accounts to gain advantages
Violation of this rule may result in all related accounts being 
permanently banned.
5. Shared IP Addresses & Household Rules
We understand that family members, roommates, schools, and workplaces 
may share an internet connection. However, accounts that have shared an IP address 
may not use one another to gain unfair advantages.
This includes:
Transferring cash
Giving away items
Buying items at manipulated prices
Trading to bypass game mechanics
Boosting battles
Farming experience
Creating alternate accounts
If you legitimately share an internet connection with another player, 
notify the Administration team before problems arise.
Failure to do so may result in account restrictions while investigated.
6. Real Money Purchases
Deadly Hustle offers optional purchases such as:
VIP Memberships
Points
Donation Packs
Premium Items
Other digital content
All purchases are voluntary.
Once digital goods have been delivered to your account, they are 
generally considered fulfilled and are non-refundable, 
*except where required by applicable law. 
*Purchasing premium content does not exempt any player from following the 
game rules.
Players who receive disciplinary action are not entitled to refunds 
because of rule violations.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks are considered abuse.
If a payment dispute is opened without first contacting our staff to 
resolve the issue, Deadly Hustle reserves the right to:
Suspend the account
Remove purchased items
Permanently ban the account
Restrict future purchases
If you experience a payment problem, simply contact us first
—we're happy to help.
8. Trading & Scamming
Deadly Hustle provides official trading systems designed to 
protect players. 
We strongly recommend:
Never share your password.
Never give away your account.
Never purchase accounts.
Never purchase in-game items or currency from third-party 
websites. Always use official in-game trading systems.
Staff are generally unable to recover losses caused by 
player negligence. Real-money trading outside of official Deadly Hustle 
purchases is strictly prohibited.
9. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Never share:
Passwords
Login information
Verification codes
Staff members will never ask for your password.
Any activity performed from your account is considered your 
responsibility.
10. Respectful Conduct
Players are expected to treat others with respect.
The following may result in disciplinary action:
Harassment
Hate speech
Threats
Racism
Sexism
Discrimination
Excessive abuse toward players or staff
Impersonating staff members
Attempting to scam or deceive players
Healthy competition is encouraged.
Personal attacks are not.
11. Naming Policy
Deadly Hustle reserves the right to rename or remove accounts 
containing names that are:
Offensive
Hateful
Sexually explicit
Impersonating staff
Misleading
Designed to cause confusion
Repeated violations may result in account penalties.
12. Staff Authority
Game Moderators, Administrators, and Owners are responsible for 
enforcing these Terms.
Staff may investigate accounts suspected of violating the rules.
Failure to cooperate during an investigation may result in additional 
penalties. 
*Attempts to evade punishment through alternate accounts will result in harsher disciplinary 
action.
13. Game Balance
Deadly Hustle is continuously updated.
Game mechanics, rewards, items, drop rates, balancing, statistics, 
and features may change at any 
time to improve gameplay. No player is guaranteed permanent access to any particular feature or reward.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
Deadly Hustle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, reset, or permanently terminate any account 
that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the game.
Punishments may include:
Warning
Temporary restriction
Federal Jail
Removal of items or currency
Character rollback
Permanent account ban
The severity of the punishment depends on the nature of the violation.
15. Limitation of Liability
Deadly Hustle is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
We are not responsible for:
Internet outages
Hardware failures
Lost access to your email
Forgotten passwords
Third-party service interruptions
Player-to-player disputes
While we strive to maintain backups and security, we cannot guarantee that data loss 
will never occur.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of Deadly Hustle after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
17. Final Agreement
By creating an account or continuing to play Deadly Hustle, you acknowledge that you have read, 
understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service.
